Is there any chance of pregnancy

We didnt have sex, she was 2 days late on her period, i ejeculated while laying down and she wasn’t even near me, then we wiped it off and like a minute later we were grinding naked and it might’ve touched her vagina. She’s now 4 Days late, I’m getting really stressed and it’s been about 50 hours since, is there any chance to ease my mind? Or any contraception that will work.
