Looking for shows similar to Fringe and X Files

I‘ve been desperately trying to find more shows in the style of 2000‘s mystery series, and im sick and tired of the current mini series trend. Pretty much any new show on any streaming service is just a mini series. They often just feel like an overstretched movie. I need something longer with a lot of time for character development, or just generally more time with the characters. It preferably should follow a monster/case of the week format with an overarching plot, Have about 10 - 14 episodes per season and about 3 or more seasons (if it got cancelled prematurely than it’s fine if it only has 2). Its okay if it’s campy and cheesy, that’s fun too and i prefer that over something overly serious. That‘s another gripe i have with modern shows is that they often try to be too dark and dramatic. Real life is already dark enough I don’t need that in my escapism.

Series i have already watched:

. Fringe . X Files . Warehouse 13 . Doctor Who . Dark . Eureka . Haven

I hope that someone might know a show I haven’t seen yet, and im exited for any suggestions.
