His DoorDash name is ‘MD Bilal’. A mates wife ordered shopping two days in a row and both times he accepted the order. From a shop 10 minutes away, he went to pick it up then decided to accept another 5 jobs, took 2 hours driving around with the shopping in his car - mostly frozen food. Drove half way to their house and turned around, accepted another job, went to another shop, and then delivered to a suburb on the opposite side.. then nearly 3 hours later and a back and forth with Door Dash, my friends wife never received the shopping - he ended up keeping it and she received a refund (having to threaten Door Dash with Consumer affairs).

Today (the second day in a row) the guy did almost exactly the same thing, except this time finally delivered the shopping with all frozen food now defrosted and warm.

Door Dash claim they have blocked his account from accepting orders from my mates address but we will see.

Both times ignoring calls and messages from mates wife asking what was going on.

Absolute scumbag work ethic and should not be driving for door dash… multiple reports have been made on this guy and Door Dash told my mates wife she wasn’t the first person to report him today.

The kicker - if she had just cancelled, she wouldn’t have received a refund and he would have kept it..

For anyone ordering DoorDash in Adelaide, SA.
