Is eBay finished?

I’ve been selling on eBay for around 15 years. Usually a couple of times a year, mainly my old iPhone when I upgrade to newer models. I’ve never had any problems until now. Three failed 7 day auctions, once buyer ‘mistakenly’ bid and asked me to cancel it (I did). Then winner said he no longer wants phone so wont be paying (could I cancel) and another who sent over 50 messages about the item which I agreed to change to BIN and she didn’t even buy. I initially thought they were all know to each other due to similar names but they appear to be in different cities. Never known it so bad
