What's the best way to get audiobooks for my gran?

Hi all, my gran was asking me today if I would be able to get her some audiobooks. To preface this, she's 85 with no Internet access in her home.

My first thought would be to purchase a kindle, and buy audiobooks whilst at my house that she wants (if kindles can even get audiobooks?), and then take said kindle to her house where she can listen to the downloaded books in her own time.

Then, I don't know if this is possible, perhaps buy a Bluetooth speaker that the kindle could connect to so she could listen without the need for headphones or the like?

Anyone have any good ideas on the best way for me to get her access to audiobooks? Many thanks
