I still have access to my hoyolab account and provided information from it and they still rejected me

As the title says i still can log into my hoyolab account and provided information from it like characters and their lvls, statistics summary like anemoculi and chests, trusted devices list from hoyoverse account center.
Ive stopped playing back in the fall of 2022 and a year later I couldnt log into my account and just gave up but now I want to try getting it back
I dont have the exact date of when I last played or when the account was created but i did tie the account to my phone number and my birthday
Ive applied 3 times already and each time rejected
Did anyone else get their account back because of still having their hoyolab account?
