Most feather resistant paper?

I'm looking for an A5 notebook that doesn't feather at the slightest hint of human touch. So far I've tried both Kokuyo and Nakabayashi and while they are great they feather a bit once you start getting down the page which I find greatly annoying. Strangely enough, Kokuyo's Loose leaf paper works wonders with fountain pens.
