Which city has the best views of Fuji?

Hi all, between the stretch from Osaka to Tokyo, which place next to a Shinkansen station would have the best views for Fuji?

I’ll be doing a really long day of travelling and don’t have time to go anywhere closer to Mt Fuji like hakone or the lakes, so I was just hoping to just hop off the train and snap a few pics then go back to Tokyo.

I think either Shizuoka or Fuji city are good spots? I’m not sure which one is better tho and I’m also open to any other suggestions as well
