Can this game be played without Money?

I will sell my account based on the replies. I have a Lv28 base and I did put in quite a bit of money. Now, I don't want to spend anymore so am wondering if it is possible.

My research - AR is complete, Military and Hero going on, HQ Management complete, Rapid Growth at 40%. Heroes - All heroes unlocked, Blood Rose A, 50M power. HQ 29 is cooking.
