JUST A SERIOUS QUESTION, HOW DO I GROW TALL 😭😭

for context, 16f here and i havent much grown after 9th std and rn im in 11th and im barely like 5'3 and my parents r SO TALL dude (5'7 and 6'0) and im like so short, coz i didnt have a good diet and picky eater asf but right now we were talking about girls stop growing taller at a younger age compared to guys and like dude i really want to reach atleast 5'5 😭😭
