help me get over this

I submitted a not anonymous uni essay with a paragraph at the end that I accidentally left in which was basically a whole thing about how my crush is obsessed with me in a lot of detail. now I don't even wanna go to classes cuz my lecturer probably marked it. literally feels like torture
