Wedding in 1 month, need a whitening cream that really works

My wedding is next month. I always had fair skin but after working 2 years in the sun my skin got badly tanned on face, hands and feet. I left that job a year ago and now work from home. My face and hands got better but my feet are still dark.

I’m not looking for de-tanning care (I already recovered from tan). I just want a skin brightening/whitening cream that can give me fairness in about 1 month.

My skin is normal (not dry or oily). Can anyone tell me a cream you personally used that really worked? How long it took and any side effects?
