best device for n64 and down

hey folks,

i have been going crazy looking through all the options avaliable and feel a bit lost.

I am after a device that runs n64 the best it can and then gba,gb and snes. I orginally looked at the steam deck and the odin portal 2 but they feel overkill for what i want and the price seems a lot if i am not going to get the best use out of it.

So looking for any recommendations for less than £180 so around 230 dollars?
