Cancer Ascendant, Saturn in the 4th house

Cancer Ascendant, Saturn in the 4th House,
Jyeshta Nakshatra, 2nd Pada,
Birth chart - Sun, Moon, Mercury Mars in the 8th house (Birth chart), Rahu in the 7th and Ketu in the 1st, Jupiter retrograde in 2nd.

I feel everything too intensely and deeply ! I am not able to take it any longer. I am forgetting everything.. Any advice for mental peace and well-being?
