Sudden aerophagia after 10 years?

I have had a cpap machine for 10 years now and only ever experienced aerophagia a few times in that 10 year span.

Now for the last month, every single morning I wake up with a crampy stomach and have to burp for a long time. It’s actually very uncomfortable.

No settings or mask changes. Why did this all of the sudden happen? It happens with my travel and home machine so it’s not just an issue with one machine.

Thank you for any insight. I am going crazy with this.
