Contacting creator of catch.jelly.cat

Does anyone know the username or any contact info of the person that created catch.jelly.cat. I’m having issues with the site and I can’t find any way to contact any kind or support, or even cancel or downgrade my plan.

I’m having issues with notifications not coming, random notifications at 3AM and not being able to set up notifications for some items.
