the side of my tongue hurts so bad i cannot chew someone pls text me asap

I guess you could say I’m becoming an addict I started about three weeks ago and I do it at least five or six days a week and on the weekends I stay up at least two days every week, I do occasionally put some in my mouth and I don’t notice myself biting my tongue

The left side of my tongue has been so sore for a few days now it was the right side at one time but it was nowhere premier this sentence I tried to eat food last night and not even eat and when I try to take my tongue out like you know stick my tongue out it hurts really bad from the bottom my throat was also a little bit sore but that has stopped but it is also only on the left side it looks like it is really bruised all the veins are extremely purple. can someone tell me if this is normal and what to do. i’m trying to eat now. and it hurts so bad and is a little difficult, it seems the bottom hurts the worse
