Scotland road trip itinerary (another one!)

Hi, would welcome comments on our planned trip - either 'don't bother with XYZ' or 'you CAN'T pass ABC without seeing it'

Day 1 we start in Seahouses, having stayed overnight there. Drive to Edinburgh Park & Ride and spend day in Edinburgh. Overnight in Premier Inn south of Stirling.

Day 2 Stirling to Kingussie taking in Loch Tay (est 3 hour drive)

Day 3 Kingussie to North Kessock, taking in Grantown on Spey and Lochindorb (est 2 hr 30 min drive)

Day 4 North Kessock to Gairloch taking in Ullapool (est 2 hr 30 min drive)

Day 5 Gairloch to Balmacara via Torridon and Applecross (est 3 hr 20 min drive)

Day 6 Balmacara to Arrochar (est 3 hr 20 min drive)

Day 7 Arrochar to overnight stay on way home (Buxton - est 5 hour drive)

My husband has done some driving in Scotland before and is happy with the planned route.

Any other suggestions?
