19" 12U rack, which one should I choose between 450mm or 600mm depth?

Hi guys, I need your help. I'm designing the technical compartment where I will place a rack to contain all the network cables of the house I'm renovating, around 24 ethernet cables. Then I will put Home Assistant on an HP Prodesk G3 PC. I will also put in a UPS to keep the PC active, modem/router and some emergency lights.

Can you recommend a 19" 12U rack model and above all can I put one with a depth of 450mm or do I necessarily need 600mm? Thank you!
