Where to buy a COVID antigen test from in Tirana?

I'm pretty sure I've come down with COVID after attending a work event last week - lots of people testing positive.

I'd like to test just to be sure, as it may change my travel plans - I can't risk giving my mum covid. But I'm struggling to find a test anywhere.

I've tried a couple of pharmacies and no luck. You can literally order this things on delivery in South East Asia, and in UK / EU, they're widely available in pharmacies.

What's the situation here, as my airbnb host told me they're not allowed to sell them?
