Start over with a new PC or upgrade?

So I have saved up and want to either upgrade my PC, or just start over and get a new one as my current one has a lot of problems, and was hoping for some insight. I bought a prebuilt PC in 2021, so it’s been over 4 years and I have barely upgraded it, I will list the main components below.

Motherboard-Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AX AM4 CPU-AMD Ryzen 5 5600G GPU-MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming X 12GBGDDR6 32GB ram 2TB SSD and 2TB HDD 650w PSU

My build skills are pretty amateur and I mostly have just tinkered with adding ram and SSD sticks so I was thinking of just upgrading my GPU. Most new games run very poorly and I have struggled to get consistent 60fps in newer games. Any help will be greatly appreciated
