Tyre recommendations for Civic Type R FL5

I'm about to purchase new wheels for my car which goes down a size to 18 inch. The tyres I'll be needing will be 265 35 r18.

I think I've narrowed down the tyre options to my budget to these three below. Which one do you think would be most suitable for my car?

• Falken Azensis FK520 for the cheapest option at $850
• Hankook RS4 for mid tier pricing at $1140
• Pirelli P Zero for the premium option $1300

All prices are for the set of four and in Australian dollars.

My car is not a daily and only gets spirited driving occasionally or a few track days a year.
