Can I use EU Rail pass from Paris to Etretat?

I have an EU Rail pass and the app shows I can get down at Le Havre with 5 euro reservation. Could someone please help confirm if this is true? Also, the bus 21, can we tap and pay on the bus? How much would the approx cost of a bus ride from Le Havre to Etretat? Also could someone also post a schedule of the bus timings? The lia fr website is blocked in my region for some reason.
