A weird crazy marriage

Me and my wife are both international students. We met in florida. We dated for a month and decided to get married.

My wife is on student loan. She was always looking for opportunity to call the police on anyone and trap them legally. She filled a peace order against her landlord which she lost. After marriage I found her to be a weed addict she is smoking pots everyday. I learned she also hanged out with bad company in her country. She told me that before leaving her group she exposed that they were a sextortion group. I found her to be a sketchy. Once I couldn't find my debit card. Later she gave it to me. The next day I found that a huge amount of money has been taken out of the account from an online gambling company. She also had a lot of admirers whom she kept on the loop. She was all materialistic and wanted money all the time. She tries to scam bible study christian groups that roam around , acting as a helpless girl who seems to be "lost". In bed I found her to be very proficient she can do and perform anything, though she said she was a virgin. A few days after marriage she met a couple whose husband she found cute and then suggested that we swap partners. I was schocked. She also was very shameless and talked about sexual stuff to other people. Everyday I found her talking to a ex or one of her admirers. Once she told me to lie down and started hitting with a comb, later i learned its "bdsm". I knew I was in trouble. So I started planning my exit. I suddenly said my father was against our marriage etc. etc. and my family is against us.

Then one day she was cutting onions and she took out a knife and put on my throat. Said that "we have married together so we will be ghost together, however, if you betray me i will turn you into a ghost". She was very draining emotionally, I can also feel the malicious intention around her. I knew I was in a big trouble. Sometimes she used to cry then laugh then cry all of a sudden.

It all happened with in a month. I knew I had to get out. I said we are going back to our country tmfor a ceremony. My flight was first then hers. As soon as I went back to my country I felt that I have arrived at a shore after swimming in an ocean. I immediate cut all forms of contact with her. Then after a few days I told her father that I can't stay with her. She got very very pissed. All this time I was in my homecountry and she was in US.

After that she went to the police and filled a police report saying I SAed her after giving her drugs. She filled a protective order and a title ix report. She got help from those victim assistance programs. She also exposed my diary, where there were a lot of sensitive stuff written about my professor. The university gave an interim suspension which was later lifted. As soon as I landed, I felt the weight of all her legal wrath.

Well the police investigation is inactive, she lost the PO. The title ix investigation is going but its very slow. I filled for a divorce. She is demanding now 30k usd.

I am scared though I am winning. I heard she tried to disrupt me from going to the campus again by calling the title ix office. I filled for divorce immediately after winning the PO. Later me and my lawyer found out she is doing all these to get a "u-visa". Things were really crazy.

Has anyone been through such scenarios? I am in trouble but now at peace knowing that I dodged a bullet.
