thoughts please on my current situation: investment

Hello everyone. I’m 32M UK citizen currently living in Germany - how long for, depends whether I get a job in the next 6 months here.

If I am unsuccessful, My plan B is to move to Portugal which would be my priority within the next couple of years. Again, dependent on a few factors. I am someone who loves the idea of living abroad and really don’t know where life may take me!

I am really keen to start investing into S&P500 or All world (latter leaning) to accumulate wealth by the time I’m 55-60. Only when I start working, I will also begin to learn and Invest with higher risks via specific companies (defence and technology most likely).

Because my future (both short and long term) whether or not I’ll actually live in the UK is rather unclear, I don’t know whether I should either:

A) Wait 1-2 years, as I’ll know more clearly what my future may look like and whether I’ll stay in the Uk, to possibly start investing in Stocks and Shares ISA.

Or

B) Open a trading account now without any kind of wrapper and start investing, subject to tax.

Or

C) Am I missing something?

I really appreciate your thoughts and responses. Thank you
