Points/Downgrade inquiry

I currently have a CSP that we rarely use as of late. There’s about 200k points sitting. We do not plan on traveling anytime soon either (maybe next summer but who knows)

Would it be best to redeem the points for cash now and downgrade the card to a freedom one?

Any advice is appreciated
