ASUS ROG PELTA A501

So i bought this headset 16 days ago and while playing cs2 and there is intense gunfight i can hear some strange sound like my headset is too far from pc and losing connection, i have updated my firmware to latest version and i dont know how to fix this. If i dont fix it in some time i will need to return this product. Please help
