Need insight, how durable is a rangers suspension?

Little backstory: Went down my work route this morning on no sleep, I love on the top of a mountain,took a turn slightly too hard and my car drifted to the side, my back tires hit a small bump in the dirt straight on and it kinda lifted my ass up back onto the road speed was maybe 25

So my question is this, how sturdy are the old 97 leaf springs?? I mean, I'm sure it's not too bad, cosmetically everything looks fine, truck drives like it normally does. What's your experience with minor fuckups/bumps offroading? Do I rly have anything to worry about bout or is this like a ticking time bomb for my suspension/drivetrain? Or am I just overreacting and this is like hitting a pothole
