LIC Little Treat Club Picnic

The next LIC little treat club meetup is a Picnic off Center Blvd. on Sunday October 12th at 12PM.  We will meet at Luminescence Circle in Hunters Point South Park (off Center Blvd. in between 54th and 55th Ave).

This location is nice because a great café (Santa Chiara, think Yoda macaroons) is right there, its not far from restrooms by the ferry, and is near a little grocery store where people can pick up treats! Not to mention the view is incredible if you've never been to the park over there. Attendees are encouraged to bring something to contribute whether it is food, drinks, a blanket, furry friends, games, or even chalk!

----------------------------------------------------------
The goal of LIC Lil Treat Club is to foster community while having treats across LIC. The idea of a 'lil treat' is not just food and drinks but anything that sparks a moment of joy. We want to create a community where people can create positive memories associated with the tastes, sights, sounds, and smells of our neighborhood.

You can join our google group (which is moderated for limited emails), here.

One of the attendees also created a discord group for us to connect on too. You can access that here.
