What rod should i pair the penn battle iv 5000 with?

Im wondering about what rod to buy to pair with my penn battle iv 5000, i’ll mostly be coastfishing for cod, mackerel and other norwegian sea fish, any recommendations? I have a budget 100$ ~1100 norwegian kroner.
