Ich???

Just got these clown loach’s from aqua huna and they showed up with what I believe is ich. They are currently quarantining with my yo yos in a 10 gallon before they hit the big tank (thank god I got it when I did.) how do I go about treating this? Everything online is so different and everyone has something different to say so I’m just lost. There’s a 100+ dollars worth of fish I really really don’t want to lose. Any help is very appreciated water temp is 81 f
