[New player] [Discussion] Can I still cheese the BTR quest (a helping hand/shipping delay) without hiring the BTR by crawling under the tracks or traversing the tops of train cars?
Also if not? how much does the BTR cost? I don't rust google as even the wiki doesn't have fully updated on this wipe.
