How long does it take to get Qatar PCC?

Guys iI applied for Qatar PCC via Metrash to go work in the UK, it didn't go through saying i have some missing documents, went to CEID, they asked me to just write in a piece of paper- United Kingdom and upload. Don't quiet get it, but just wanna know how long this whole thing is gonna take- i asked the staff, they seemed too pissed to answer :(
