23 hours left of Chronicled and I have 50 wishes....do I pull?

Guyssss I've always wanted to be a Scara haver (I don't do endgame content), I've been trying to save up to 90 wishes but just didn't have the time to grind primos... I saved up 50 wishes at this point, should I just try to pull for Wanderer now? How soon do you guys think he'll come back?
