sickness before school

everyday before school i feel like i have to throw up and i had terrible stomach pains. i Genuinely don’t know why I’m not scared or worried about anything i feel fine as soon as i come home i’ve missed 7 days so far and it’s starting to effect my grades any advice or information on what’s happening ?
