New language policy at my wife’s work

So my wife works in medical manufacturing. They employe Mexicans, Cubans and Porto Ricans along with White people, and black people.

I point out the different Latin people because now they are telling them that they are no longer allowed to speak Spanish at work.

Is this Legal? This is in North Texas.
