Paying student loan with Billpay

Could I hypothetically add my billpay account and routing number to my pay for my student loan? Wondering what the chances are that my financial aid provider charges a fee for doing that. I am responsible with on time payments and just thinking of items I can use to benefit from the 1st of the month 2X perk.
