Desi District Irving

Dear TooGoodToGo Support,

I’m writing to file a complaint about my recent experience with Desi District - Irving,TX.
I placed an order for pickup after 11:30 PM, expecting to collect the order bag, but the service I received was extremely disappointing.

When I arrived, the staff was rude and dismissive. I had to wait for 15 minutes before they gave me a single box of brinjal biryani that was bland, tasteless, and lacked any ingredients. When I asked about any other items, they told me there were no leftovers, which felt insulting and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed, as if I was begging for food rather than participating in a legitimate service.

This experience was unacceptable and goes against the values TooGoodToGo stands for. I urge you to review this incident and consider removing Desi District - Irving from your platform.
