Adhd and processing issues, can meds help?

I have been diagnosed early with ADHD, i posted this a few days ago but didnt get a response, So this is a response worded differently and more concrete of what i experience: over the years these symptoms worsened, my question would be if my symptoms below correlate with ADHD? And if medication couls help with these symptoms, as a child i was on medw but for the past 10 years i havent:

I often forget names of things, the name just doesn't pop up, what does happen is that i know where to find the info.

Sometimes words lose their meaning or i misuse it, for example shaving or cutting the gras, while sometimes after a while i realize its mowing, this also happens in my native language

No matter how focussed i am, i often just cannot remember what has been said or what happened.

I became terrible at directions, a straight road is easy, and i can navigate my neighbourhood well, but any other place is usually a challenge without GPS

I sometimes do remember certain event, but the time/date is usually off

I make more mistakes in public transport, taking the wrong bus for example (usually at a similar stop)

This year i have been having quite a few health frights, i realized i had poor memory since a few years as well.

I follow therapy for a year now My metacognition is off the charts, but i have no idea how to express my problems to the therapist.

My symptoms have been so profound that they often pull me out of a hyperfocus. This is new and the most worrying part for me
