Got a 161 - retaking LSAT in Oct - should I submit now, or hold off?

I got a 161 on Sept LSAT. I am retaking in Oct and Nov in hopes of a higher score. Is it okay to submit my applications with my current scores, and then notify schools once I take my Oct and Nov LSATs if I gain a higher score on those? I am hoping if I submit now, it could help since applications are rolling, and I could be at the "top of the stack".

For context, I left my job and am studying full time, hoping to get to a 170+. My diagnostic was a 160. My GPA was a 3.7x.
