Kindof wanna work there

I was wondering what it was like to work there! I personally am not as into vans as this thread is, though it looks super cool I doubt I'll ever own more than one pair. I hope it isn't a requirement or anything? I mostly want to work there because I'd like my first retail job (previously did fast food for 2 years) to be something I enjoy and can work there for a very long time! I wanted to see what I should say or wear for an interview, what the job is like, and stuff like that. Any opinions?
