If you’re struggling to fill your Salon Suites and the only thing you can offer is a lower rent rate you’re in a race to the bottom. What facility owners don’t realize once you drop your rent rate you never go back up and then you’re only acquiring tenants who are looking for the cheapest space.. by keeping your rent wreaths at a reasonable price.
