I cry every night and randomly in society
its been a month since it started and it is increasingly more common that i start to randomly tear up during the day at college and almost everyday when i am home. the main reasons would be
- stress caused by college
- living alone and having no one waiting for me
- gender dysphoria issues maybe i mostly wanted to ask about different stuff :
- i have been thinking about it and maybe i should give a shot at estrogen, i heard that the changes can be hidden with jackets because it mostly would be just for me, i know you cant go back but i would go extremely slowly about it.
- i thought if getting a bodypillow, blank of course at first and maybe if i need more huggability i would get myself a cover but i am a hug guy, i need A LOT of physical contact and currently i am just trying to get relationships working.
- my classmates started seeing that something was wrong with me, that i was trying to not burst out crying and that for me is a bad start, should i go to a secluded room whenever i need to cry ? should i talk about it to the professors ? get somethig. figured out like asking for a pass at leaving the classroom to go and pass my emotional issues ?
- i sound mental when i talk about my issues, i never heard of anyone having sudden emotions welling up and bursting out, i tend to very easily get triggered and that got me to block an entire promotions from my dms because i told thep something stupid and they laughed at me for it but it was my fault.
- i havent been to a doc yet but does that ressemble any mental issues? i have always been over empathic and i feel like this is similar to how i can suddenly feel a lot of one emotion.
