Advice needed

So I started a local job. And they’ve asked me could I do an overnight(like staying in truck overnight run). And I’ve turned it down. They’re asking me again. Of course I wanna say no again but scared bc no other job has reached back out to my applications.(bad job market). Idk if i’d lose my job after saying no so many times. I might keep it idk. The only jobs that would hire me rn are OTR companies. I have 15 months experience. More w this job is im a floater so my schedule is all over the place. I would’ve quit a long time ago but no other locals will hire me. I regret getting into trucking I feel trapped.
