New job position open?

So I’ve worked at this credit union for 3 years as a personal banker but always wanted to move to the back office. There’s a new remote position open at my bank for ‘’The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist’’ Has anyone worked in that position and how was your experience? Do you think it’s possible to transfer from being a personal banker to ECM? In the description it does say that they’re looking for someone with experience in that field and a bachelor degree which I don’t have. Should I still give it a chance and apply?
