Notability vs GoodNotes

I’m a student who has been using GoodNotes for a few years but this year it’s really irking me that GoodNotes keeps cutting off some of the info that’s in PowerPoints Presentations for school. Also it wouldn’t download a PDF from an email today in lab and I’m considering changing to Notability.

Does Notability have the same issue of cutting off Power Point info or issues downloading PDF’s from email or Canvas app?
