Jailbreaking iPhone 5s on iOS 7.01

Already has Cydia, can't remember what jailbreak used. I can't use Cydia because it was a semi untethered jailbreak. I want to untether jailbreak it but using evasi0n7 doesn't work because "Error communicating with attached device. Try replugging it. (e=5)" I'm on windows 11 and I have a Mac Mini.
