What should I check next?

I have been repairing things throughout my 04 Escalade ESV. Several things have been fixed but one of them has me feeling hopeless. I cannot pump gas without it constantly shutting off. As this is an older vehicle I went ahead and replaced the evaporator canister, solenoid and purge valve (after some research these seemed to be a common issue). After completing the purge valve today I tested it only to see the issue persists. Can anyone recommend alternatives maybe I haven't been able to check?

Please note: My sisters neighbor was kind enough to run his reader and only pulled 5 codes, none which flagged an issues with my fuel problem.
