How Does One Obtain An “Established Reputation” On Reddit?

Hiya, long time reader and scroller I’ve only posted a handful of times and I wanted to post in another subreddit but I can’t because it says I don’t have enough of the k word (if I said the actual word the bot will remove my post saying others have asked this question but I swear no one has I checked. 🥲) I vaguely know what that is but idk how much more I need to be able to post in that specific group and I feel weird grinding for it. 😭😅 Halp.
