What is a nice dinner location with a relatively sweet (semi-sec or doux) champagne/sparkling wine?

Looking for a dinner place to take the girlfriend. She’s very picky about the taste of alcohol yet still loves drinking. She’s always ordered cocktails and wanted to try something new.
